Ciaran leads operations at Element Solutions, overseeing the successful delivery of fitout, passive fire protection and critical environment projects. As a Member of the Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB), he combines technical expertise with a practical, solutions-focused approach to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards. Drawing on extensive project delivery experience gained through McCabe Group, Ciaran plays a key role in maintaining operational excellence and supporting long-term client relationships.

Barry brings over 14 years of commercial and quantity surveying experience across a diverse range of sectors including commercial, industrial, pharmaceutical, residential and food production. He leads commercial management, procurement and cost control across Element Solutions projects, helping clients achieve successful outcomes while maintaining quality, value and programme certainty. His extensive industry knowledge and collaborative approach support projects at every stage, from early planning and procurement through to successful completion.

Louise leads Element Solutions European HR and compliance function, ensuring the business can operate compliantly across multiple European jurisdictions. She oversees workforce mobilisation, HR operations and statutory compliance, working closely with the Operations Director, legal advisors and project teams to support project delivery across Europe. Building on experience gained within McCabe Group, Louise has successfully led workforce compliance across multiple European projects and brings practical expertise in European workforce compliance, cross-border employment and international HR management.

Zara leads business development and marketing activities for Element Solutios, helping to build partnerships, identify opportunities and support clients across a range of sectors. Through industry networking, client engagement and a strong understanding of project requirements, she plays an important role in the continued success of the business. Having been involved with McCabe Group since the company was founded, Zara brings extensive industry experience and a strong network of relationships to her role.
