This project involved the complete strip-out and refurbishment of an existing building, transforming a dated interior into a modern, high-quality workspace.
Working within a compact footprint, the layout was carefully reconfigured to maximise the available space and improve overall functionality. The fitout incorporates a mix of open-plan work areas, standing desks, and a well-finished boardroom, creating a flexible and comfortable working environment.
Key features include glazed partitions and doors, acoustic treatments to enhance sound control, and a clean, modern finishes package throughout. Works also included the installation of partitions and ceilings, coordination of all specialist trades, and full testing, commissioning, and certification of services.
